We want you to love every stitch, skein, and supply you purchase from The Twisted Stitch. Because many of our products are specialty items, please review our exchange guidelines below.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for most unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
To request an exchange, please email info@twistedstitchfoco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll confirm next steps and help you find the right replacement.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, copyright, and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Knitting needles and crochet hooks
- Tools and notions
- Yarn that has been wound, used, or altered in any way
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital patterns, kits, or classes
Condition Requirements
All exchangeable items must be returned in original condition and packaging, free of odors, pet hair, or damage. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
In-Store Exchanges
If you’re local to Fort Collins, you can bring your item in for an exchange during shop hours. We’ll help you find something you love just as much—or maybe even more.
