Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Twisted Stitch! We’re a small creative studio based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and we take great care in preparing your orders.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days after payment has been received. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Carriers
We currently offer shipping within the United States through the following carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx
At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping option based on cost and delivery speed.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once your order has been shipped, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that holidays and weekends may extend delivery times.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@twistedstitchfoco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
If your order appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Local Pickup
If you’re in the Fort Collins area, you can choose Free Local Pickup during checkout. We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup at our shop.
